How do you make a picture/video-montage thing covering five years-worth of boozy holidays with your closest mates? With "Windows Movie Maker" in one hand & a can of Stels in the other, Sid!ӣ

So here it is, the promised Jolly Boys video I’ve been planning on making & adding to this here site. (The one featuring mates who haven't been on one of our holidays is coming, so don't feel left out, geezors!).

It clocks in at under two minutes and the track used is “You Fucking Love It” by Dirty Pretty Things.

Just click to play. Oh, and crank those fucking speakers up!

The Streets - The Hardest Way To Make An Easy Living

The Buffet Review

______________________________________________________________

Thursday 13th April 06, 6.20 pm

Just a quick one today, like.

Gonna do a couple of updates over the next few days, cos well, I fancy it, innit!

First off, I’ll be upping a video I’m about to start working on tonight (OOOH, FANCY!). It’s gonna be a picture-video thing, basically a tribute/montage to all me bezzy mates and people I’ve met over the past few years. Had the idea earlier today whilst sifting through all the pictures I’ve taken on nights out n that over the past few years, and well, cos I thought it’d be a nice thing amidst all the silly shit on ’ere! So hopefully that’ll be up by tomorrow or Sunday.

Then, in the second update I’ll be upping the Buffet review of The Streets’ new record, which I’ve been caning the past few weeks. It’s not gonna be as lengthy as me review for his last album, but you know what I’m like, once I get started I find it hard to stop, Ted! Wanna do a lot more reviews from now on anyway, as that section looks emptier than Stefan Dennis' panties at ze minute.

Anywayo, til then, take it sleazy, people!ӣ

Ello, geezers/ettes!"£

Been a great week this week, so thought I'd update this here thingy!

One of me best mates Wayne got spliced on Saturday to his lady-friend Tasha, and the whole day was fucking great.

- Wayne (on right) outside ze Church.

Yeah, it all went really well. A really perfect day. I got really nervous before my best-man's speech but managed to get in 3 pints beforehand and all our mates ever in the world ever were there cheering along an that, so it really gee-ed Matt & I on (I was one of two best men).

Would like to thank all the lads (and of course, ladies, in Shiv & Charlotte's case!) & family & friends of the family for being so supportive and on-form that day. I know for a fact Wayne & Tash loved it, and I know Matt & I did too! None of us could've done it without you lot there, so seriously, cheersy!

Yeah, really class day. Was great to see people i haven't seen in ages (you know who you all are!). And once the disco got going it was amazingly enjoyable. Everyone jumping about an that. Loved it.

Funnily enough, The Ordinary Boy's "Boys Will Be Boys" got the biggest cheer (besides the mighty Lyla. More on that in a sec), and even a shitload of drunken moshing from grown-men. Who could ask for anything more?

- The first dance. AWWW, AIN'T IT LUVVLY!"£

On the downside, Dean & I nearly had a fight with this gang of lads on the way home, I fell through the wedding-cake whilst having a play-fight with Disco Dave (thankfully it was already cut-up by that point), and now i have about 93 blisters on my feet, but apart from that, it was supoib. As perfect as it could feasibly get, bar Natalie Portman closing the festivities by flicking me off with her feet.

WEDDINGS 4EVIR!"£

Though for the first couple hours of the reception, the worst DJ in ze world was putting on the worst shit in the world. I asked for Lyla ten times. He kept saying Oasis were shit, and refused to play it.

Then he did.

The dancefloor went fucking APESHIT. At one point i was running around screaming and nearly knocked out various old people with heartfelt air-punches.

BEST WEDDING RECEPTION TUNE EVORRRRRRR.

Yep, that was a day to remember, indeedy! Shame on those who failed to show. Yeah, Nick I'm looking straight at you!

All the best, Tash & Wayne. Still, make us Godfathers too, eh?!

Talking of which (tenuous link ahoy!), i need to be buying this at some stage, i finky:

- Nah, not a shot from the boozy reception, but a sexy still from the lubbly-looking Godfather game, of course. "Genco"? Wasn't he twatted with a dart in I.D.?

Ended up round Wayne's (well, his Mum Janice's) for Wrestlemania Sunday neet. Really enjoyed that too, even if we were all still a bit out of it from the previous day & night!

So, a few thoughts on that quickly, if I may, Gay.

They really teased a DX reunion, didn't they?

Michaels is (supposedly) taking major time off soon and then going part-time, so i doubt it'll happen, but it was great to see those groin-chops again.

The booking of the main-event was mongyMAXIMO. Should've had Cena unable to beat Trips, then getting a chair and twatting him repeatedly with it etc til he wins. Turning him heel and Trips face. Ala Austin vs Bret, WM 13. Worked lovely that time.

Solid event on the whole, though. Mickie James is fantastico, and her minge-mash on Trish and follow-up licking of fingers was the best thing i've ever seen FFS.

- I'D LOVE TO LIK ER TO DEATH. Or summat.

Shelton B is God. Or at least his step-brother or summat. (Not that I'm saying God isn't black, you understand. As long as he isn't German we're all quids-in, let's face it).

BTW, anyone see The Hall Of Fame? Very good. Though they only aired 8 minutes of Bret's speech.

He spoke for 45.

He'll get ten years of moaning out of that one. Nah, was great to see him. A legend, deffo.

BTW, one for Viz' "Up The Arse Corner"?

As for the follow-up Raw, well, that was easily the best episode in a long time eh? Loved the Trips - Edge - Cena stuff. That could be a quality feud over the next few months, and should draw pretty decently too.

Liked the new direction/angle of Chavo, but dunno if it'll end up as good as i hope it will. They probably won't even mention it again.

The new bloke looks handy, but it's nowt we ain't seen many times before. It's just a solo Headshrinker, and we had that with Rikishi. Nice finisher, though.

And no Hogan - Austin situation, which I was a bit gutted aboot.

Anyway, enough with the rasslin' talk FFS!"£

Really enjoyed the past few days, and cheers to everyone who helped make it so special. Love you swines!

Sunday 5th March 06, 5.32 pm

Not much of an entry today, I must admit, but had a spare ten minuten and thought I'd use it "productively". I.E. not wanking.

I'm hoping to get round to writing another "Top Ten" at some stage this week, though I dunno what about yet. Was gonna do sitcoms, but I've gone off that idea a bit. Will probably do wrestlers, pies, or celebrity-lezzas, or summat. Ellen, in at 6. And in a cement-mixer too, with any shitting luck.

Got a stag-do this week, and hopefully there'll be a few of us out, so I intend on getting royally fruity and maybe falling in a ditch or summat. A pint and a fight, a great British night, as they say.

I've been off the sauce completely for the past few weeks, and really cutting back on the 'ol munch, so i'm starting to finally get back in shape. I can see my feet, Nige!"£ Oh, and the exercise-bike has been getting a good 'ol pounding too, the slag.

Still on ze look-out for a new job. Though my enthusiasm for "Job Club" has gradually ebbed away, and now I can't wait for my run there to finish-up. Which is in about two weeks, I thinky. The only thing I've really got out of it is an updated CV, and a pretty average covering-letter. Bag o' shite, really.

TV-wise, The Apprentice is supoib, as ever. Eastenders is almost watchable again. And the second series of Lost is getting interesting. To be honest, I'm bored to the tits with TV lately, and barely sit down to watch the cunt.

Reet, I'm offskis. See you at the stag drinky if you're out, and if not, well, you're a bit puffy, aren't you.

Laters, Slaters.

Dannnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.
